• My package hasen't arrived yet, what's taking so long? - Sometimes productions take time, fill out the contact form and we'll get back to you with more details.

• The item I bought is broken, what do I do? - All our items are carefully packaged, if something broke during shipping we advise you to contact your postal service.

• I'm not happy with the quality of my item, I want a refund. - We're sorry to hear that. We take much pride in the quality of the prints and select our printing service carefully. But we do not offer refunds in these cases.

• What's the shipping fee? I can't see it anywhere. - That's because the shipping is free, sometimes added to the cost of the item.

• This is not what I ordered! I want something else. - If there has been a misstake, please fill out the contact form and we will get back to you shortly.

• I used a coupon but I still payed full price. - Please fill out the contact form with all the details we might need and we'll get back to you. If there's been a misstake you will get your money back.

• How do I get a discount? - All Patreons get a 20% discount.
