The item I bought is broken, what do I do? - All our items are carefully packaged, if something broke during shipping we advise you to contact your postal service.

I'm not happy with the quality of my item, I want a refund. - We're sorry to hear that. We take much pride in the quality of the prints and select our printing service carefully. But we do not offer refunds in these cases.

What's the shipping fee? I can't see it anywhere. - That's because the shipping is free, sometimes added to the cost of the item.
